“When my family and I started looking for our first home I saw Jen's realty sign outside of a home that I was interested in. I gave her a call and she made time for us right away. Jen was very likable from the beginning and did not rush us in the process. I did not feel completely ready to purchase a home until January of 2008 but she stuck with us the whole way. She made time on weekends and in the evenings to show us homes even though we were not sure if we would continue to rent or buy. She even emailed me listings on rentals that would be affordable since I was not sure what route we were going. She also continued to update us regularly on the housing market during this time and showed us many homes in the area that she knew were in our price range. Jen was not pushy with us and was honest with us about what was reasonable and would likely be affordable. She directed us towards the right people to help us determine that as well. By late January, we knew that we were ready to buy a home. We closed on our first home in February and have been there happily ever since. I have also since referred other folks to Jen because she is reasonable, real, kind, a family person herself, and savvy in the real estate arena. I would continue to use Jen for future housing purchases! “
